Medication
Our hospice team works with the patient and family to determine the needs for pain and symptom management. Each situation is individualized with the goal being to provide the most effective pain relief and symptom management.
Durable Medical Equipment
As the need arises, we provide basic medical equipment, such as hospital beds, wheelchairs, walkers and oxygen to meet the individualized comfort and care needs of our patients.
Medical Supplies/Wound Care
Medical supplies and wound care supplies will be provided as they relate to the hospice diagnosis. Supplies which are necessary for incontinence and palliative wound care are available. Our hospice has a certified wound care nurse available to assess and make recommendations for more complicated wound care needs.
Therapy Services
Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy are available as it relates to the terminal diagnosis.
Dietary Services
A registered dietitian is available to provide an assessment, counseling and recommendations for your dietary needs, as necessary.
